📦 Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
We typically deliver within 5–8 business days across India. Metro cities may receive orders sooner.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! COD is available on select orders and locations at checkout.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also visit our Contact page if you need help.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be processed for shipping.

How do I find the right size?
We recommend checking the size guide available on each product page. When in doubt, size up for an oversized fit.

Are the colours accurate to what I see on screen?
We do our best to represent colours accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

Are your products true to quality?
Absolutely. Every Shopra piece is quality-checked before dispatch. We take pride in our fabrics and finishes.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Reach out to us at support@shopra.shop with your Order ID and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Is it safe to pay on Shopra?
Yes, all transactions are secured via Shopify's encrypted payment gateway.
